Bregje Heinen: The New Victoria's Secret Model
The popular lingerie label Victoria’s Secret has chosen Dutch model Bregje Heinen (19) to be the brand's newest Angel and model. But unlike VS’s other stunning girls, Heinen admits she almost never exercises and her perfect figure is nothing more than great genes she inherited from her mom.
Perhaps you haven't heard the name Bregje Heinen before. Well, it's about time you start memorizing it. The stunning Dutch model was chosen to be the new Victoria's Secret model and we are going to see her on stage in the brand’s upcoming annual lingerie show.
Heinen was born in a small town near Amsterdam. As a young girl, many of her friends and relatives asked her about starting a modeling career. Young Heinen provided vague answers to the questions and moved on. Once she was discovered online in a site similar to Facebook, she wasn't able to keep ignoring her natural beauty.
Speaking of natural, unlike other Victoria's Secret models, Heinen admits she rarely visits a gym. While Candice Swanepoel likes running on the beach and Doutzen Kroes was once a competitive speed skater, Heinen's perfect figure is nothing more than genetics. She’s one lucky girl. “My mom is really skinny too. I got it from her,” Heinen told Stylelist.com. If this doesn’t make you envious of her, then listen to this. On the other hand, Heinen likes to go for walks, especially in New York City. According to the new Victoria's Secret model, the best way to know someplace is to simply walk there and find out the little things you won't read in a tourist guide.
The fact that 19-year-old Heinen was chosen to walk at the Victoria's Secret annual show was one of her greatest achievements as a model so far. With Angels Adriana Lima and Rosie Huntington-Whitley as her role models, it seems like Bregje Heinen is aiming for the top. We would love to watch her on the runway making her first steps to fulfilling her dreams.
