New York is the city that never sleeps! This may be a stereotype, but the general NY population got a glimpse of that when Fashion’s Night Out sent the shoppers out in droves, looking for sales and limited-edition buys, while rubbing elbows with their favorite celebs from Victoria’s Secret and the runway shows.

FashionTV headed down to Soho, where we got the exclusive with Victoria’s Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio, who was in town to promote her favorite lingerie line.  We also stopped at DKNY to sample gluten-free cookies from top American model Karlie Kloss! FashionTV is in New York City celebrating Fashion’s Night Out at the Victoria’s Secret Soho store with Brazilian model, Alessandra Ambrosio. The bombshell spent the evening posing for cameras, talking to fans and revealing her own personal fashion style to FashionTV. Dressed in a stunning pink mini off-the-shoulder cocktail dress, Ambrosio shares her love for fashion and underwear!

Fashion’s Night Out Ft. Karlie Kloss & Cara Delevingne in New York

The Calvin Klein and DKNY stores in New York City have probably never had so many sexy people under one roof at the same time, like they did during Fashion’s Night Out! Lingerie models posed in the store’s windows for the label’s 30th anniversary, fans dressed to impress and oh yeah....top model Karlie Kloss made an appearance to hand out her Karlie’s Kookies.  Model pals Toni Garrn and Cara Delevingne were on hand to support her endeavor, which was for a good cause--proceeds go to the FEED project founded by Lauren Bush.

Badgley Mischka Spring/Summer Fashion Show: New York Fashion Week

Designers James Mischka and Mark Badgley showcased their Spring/Summer 2013 collection during New York Fashion Week, embracing their recreation of the classic 1930s film, A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The runway dazzled and sparkled in crystal pendants, skinny tweed pants and jaw dropping slim fitted lace gowns that swept the stage. Models looked like the perfect fairies walking through the gloomy forest backdrop intended to set the mood of a romantic evening. How dreamy!!

Herve Leger by Max Azria Ft. Hofit Golan Show + Backstage New York Fashion Week

It’s a star studded scene at the Herve Leger by Max Azria Spring/Summer 2013 show.  FashionTV Presenter/Actress Hofit Golan was front row and backstage during New York Fashion Week to give us all the latest scoop on one of the most talked about shows! Celebrities like Louise Roe and model Leigh Lezark made guest appearances dressed in sexy Herve Leger pieces. The label showcased their signature bandage leather collection, inspired by a community in Alabama who women have developed traditional patterns over time. Golan caught up with the designer himself, Max Azria who tells us all about his visionary woman and inspiration for the collection.

Diane von Furstenberg is more than just a NY designer catering to wearable womenswear.  She’s also a pioneer in melding fashion with technology! How? Furstenburg collaborated with Google to showcase the search engine and tech company’s newest technology -- Google glasses! FashionTV Presenter/Actress Hofit Golan got the scoop from the Google CEO himself Sergey Brin, who gave us a preview of what the glasses can really do.  She also spoke to von Furstenberg, who was wearing her own pair.  With a quick hello to Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker, FashionTV was well on our way to chatting with some of the biggest stars at NYFW!

Spanish designer, Agatha Ruiz de La Prada showcased her Spring/Summer 2013 collection during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid 2012 that will have you keeping from blinking one eye! Models strutted the runway in creative ensembles such as semi-transparent heart shaped hats, candy, flowers, cakes and even spaghetti and meatballs! All the pieces were derived from recyclable materials. The show was a shocker and you’ll understand what we mean when you check out the show. Be prepared, this designer is no joke!
