Listen up party people! It’s almost the weekend, and FashionTV plan to spend it with some of the world’s hottest DJ’s, joining them for a weekend of fabulous fashion parties.
We’ve taken some time to hang out with French DJ Bob Sinclar. Hear what he has to say about fashion, film, and the ladies in our exclusive interview. How are you going to start your weekend?
Vogue Fashion’s Night Out in Milan, came and went within the blink of an eye, but French DJ and record label owner Bob Sinclar left FashionTV with a lot to think about. Like how nous adores his style, music, and sexy French accent!
FashionTV had a ball as we rubbed shoulders with some of the biggest fashion hotshots on the Milanese scene. First up, we head straight to the launch of designer Cristina Tardito’s second collection, Ti per Te lingerie, where guest DJ Bob Sinclar showed up for a set at the pyjama-theme party! If you watch closely you can even catch a glimpse of Tardito boogying on down to Sinclar’s latest single ‘Groupie.’
So what get’s Sinclar’s wardrobe spinning? Speaking to FashionTV, Sinclar opens up about his favorite fashion designers:
“It’s always a mix between vintage clothes from flea markets around the world and designer,” he says.
“I love DSquared2. I love Alexander McQueen. I also love Dior. But just a few pieces. I don't like to show brands, its always hidden [on me].”
Lights, Camera, Action!
Meanwhile, best known for getting parties started around the world, Sinclar has been mixing into new territory at the Venice Film Festival, where he took a break from promoting his new single and joined the judging panel at the festival.
“I get to spend 10 days in Venice doing nothing, just watching movies and say yes or no. I love it!” he says with a smile. Sounds good to us too Bobby!
In between sightseeing in Venice, Sinclar watched and judged 17 films. But for now he has head back to LA to relax and enjoy, with DJ sets at pool parties on the agenda.
“You know what my problem with FashionTV is? There are too many beautiful ladies!” Sinclar jokes.
Bob Sinclar’s latest music video ‘Groupie’ takes inspiration from French film ‘The Artist.’
