Kati Nescher is FashionTV’s First Face winner for Fall/Winter 2012/2013. Following Nescher on the rank were Daria Strokous, Marte Mei van Haaster, Aymeline Valade and more.

The Fall/Winter 2012/2013 Fashion Week season was great for top model Kati Nescher. She was one of the most gorgeous faces on the runways, the girl on everyone’s mind, worked with the world’s best designers and photographers, and dominated some of the most prestigious catwalks. This past season, Nescher walked on no less than 64 runways.

Whether it was in Milan, New York, or Paris, Kati Nescher was the center of attention. She opened twelve shows including Versace, Fendi, Carolina Herrera, Oscar de la Renta, Rag & Bone, and Vera Wang. FashionTV is proud to announce Kati Nescher as our First Face winner for Fall/Winter 2012/2013.

The Russian beauty, Daria Strokous, landed second on FashionTV’s First Face list. Strokous walked on 62 runways, appearing first in nine shows including Etro, Marc Jacobs, Ralph Lauren, and Gianfranco Ferre. This is not Strokous’ first time on the First Face countdown, last season she was ranked number seven after opening four shows.

If Strokous continues on this uphill streak, we can definitely expect her to appear on a high rank next season. Who knows, maybe she will even win the crown for Spring 2013…

Daria – Model Talks

Third place on the First Face list, is none other than the stunning Dutch model Marte Mei van Haaster. Marte Mei walked in 51 shows and appeared first in 6 of them, including Marni, Peter Som, and Nicole Farhi. Considering the fact that this is only Marte Mei’s second season on the runways, this rank is an incredible accomplishment.

Last season’s winner, Aymeline Valade, appeared on the number four spot this season. She opened six shows this season including luxury fashion houses such as Donna Karan and Christian Dior. Compared to her last spring season, the fall shows didn’t go as well as she didn’t reach the top of the list this season. Maybe spring is her blossoming period and she will manage to win the crown back come September.
