Each season FashionTV publishes a countdown with the top models that opened the most shows. These are known as First Faces, the girls that have been handpicked by designers to represent their brand as the first girl on the runway. We're counting the top First Faces of the season, but we're also showcasing the top ten models of each fashion capital. Who are the first faces of Milan, Paris, New York and London Fashion Weeks?

Milan Fashion Week

Each season Milan hosts one of the most coveted Fashion Weeks. Designers, models, journalists, photographers and a multitude of fashionable fans make their way to the romantic Italian city to witness the best runway shows. Armani, Gucci, Cavalli, and Versace are just a few of the top brands that showcase their collections, always making it an interesting and innovative Fashion Week. Polish model Kasia Struss is on top of the Milan First Face countdown for the Fall 2012 season. The 24 year-old model opened the shows of Alberta Ferretti, Moschino, Gucci and Salvatore Ferragamo. Russian model Daria Strokous came in at the 2nd spot of the countdown. Strokous was the first face model for the Etro, Ferre and Emilio Pucci fashion shows.

What about Kati Nescher? She is in the 5th spot of the Milan countdown.

Paris Fashion Week

The City of Lights is another great location for a romantic vacation and, of course, for luxurious fashion. Top designer brands such as Dior, Gaultier and Louis Vuitton launch their new collections each season in a fabulous fashion celebration. Top model Karlie Kloss made the number one spot on the Paris First Face countdown for fall 2012. The American model opened the shows of Elie Saab, Kenzo, Paul & Joe and Anthony Vaccarello. Polish model Magdalena Frackowiak is ranked 2nd, with openings for the Galliano and Valentin Yudashkin fashion shows.

What about Kati Nescher? The First Face winner is not on the Paris First Face rank.

New York Fashion Week

Stunning Kati Nescher is one of the hottest names in the fashion industry. She won the 1st place of FashionTV’s general First Face countdown, and she also appeared in the top spot on the New York countdown. The Russian beauty opened the shows of Oscar de la Renta, Carolina Herrera, Vera Wang, Rag & Bone and many more. French model Aymeline Valade is in the second spot of the New York countdown, opening the shows of Derek Lam, Donna Karan and others.

London Fashion Week

The sixteen year-old Mackenzie Drazan is on the top of London Fashion Week's First Face list. The American model opened the shows of Jonathan Saunders and Todd Lynn, and also walked on the runways of Topshop Unique and Nicole Farhi. The number two model on the London Fashion Week countdown is 22 year-old Bette Franke. The beautiful model opened the shows of Antonia Berardi and Daks. On the general countdown Franke is ranked in the 5th spot.

What about Kati Nescher? The First Face winner is not on the London First Face rank.
