Have you had a chance to gawk at the gorgeous gowns at the Cannes Film Festival yet?

The major event, known for its film stars and fashion, is the 65th year Cannes is hosting filmmakers, actors, actress, screenwriters, celebrities, socialites and VIPs for a week long gala honoring film.  New movies are being showcased every night at the Palais des Festivals et des Congres de Cannes, which was built specially for the occasion in 1983.

After all, the 65th annual Cannes Film Festival isn’t only about film and fashion--it's also about major events raising money for charity and hi-watt parties galore like the benefits for Haiti relief and the Trophee Chopard party.
