Model Tweets: Isabeli Fontana on Spanish Vogue, Bar Refaeli Celebrating, and More!

This week, FashionTV tuned into models tweeting from the Cannes Film Festival and the highly-anticipated amfAR Cinema Against AIDS ball that happens annually during the 10-day long event.

We also smiled when we saw one model reaching out to the United States Navy during fleet week and celebrated with another model who reached a Twitter high point. @FashionTV had their own Twitter high point this week.

When we asked which model was best dressed at Cannes, we had Doutzen Kroes, Isabeli Fontana and Natasha Poly retweet us!

Also at the star-studded amfAR gala at Cannes, where models like Natasha Poly made gorgeous appearances, Victoria’s Secret Angel Karolina Kurkova was on hand with Roberto Cavalli and his wife Eva as well as prestigious Brazilian author Paulo Coelho. The high-end Cavalli designer duo created a lavish number for the Czech model she nicknamed “Goldfinger.”

Lily Cole made an appearance at Cannes with a group that included controversial singer Pete Doherty, who recently made an appearance alongside model/actress Cole in the movie Confessions of a Child of The Century, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. Straying from Cannes into other big model news, Bar Refaeli was recently voted #1 in Maxim’s Top 100, which she says is quite an honor. More success is on the horizon for the Israeli top model--she recently reached 200,000 followers on her Twitter account and she celebrated with silliness.
