Overview

Burberry fashion house is one of the most distinguishable brands in British fashion history. It's heritage dates back to the 19th century, when a young tailor’s apprentice named Thomas Burberry decided to fulfill his dream and open his own outerwear store. By 1890, Thomas Burberry & Sons had debuted in London’s West End and later provided the outfits for the first explorers to reach the South Pole. Today, the brand has customers all over the world that admire the luxurious quality of Burberry. Burberry's chief creative director is currently Christopher Bailey, who is claimed to be the man who brought the fashion house back to its roots.
