Overview

Despite sewing being an unpopular hobby for boys, Elie Saab knew from a young age that one day he would earn a living from his fashion creations. He was not wrong. In 1998, at the tender age of 17, Saab moved from Lebanon to Paris to study fashion and year later returned to his homeland to open his first workshop. Today Saab is famed for his ultra-feminine ready-to-wear and haute couture collections which are presented at the prestigious Paris Fashion Week -- his creations popular worldwide.
