Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti is a secondary line that Italian top designer Alberta Ferretti launched for younger women. Unlike almost every other top designer, Ferretti decided to open several Philosophy boutiques before opening a flagship store for her main label – Alberta Ferretti. The lower priced edition of Ferretti's signature line is synonymous with feminine, intricate cocktail dresses, and has brought her lots of admirers around the world, making it one of Ferretti's most successful lines.
