Overview
At the age of 13, Stella McCartney designed her first jacket. Three years later she worked as an intern at Christian Lacroix and assisted on his first fashion collection. In 1997, when she was 26-years-old, McCartney replaced Karl Lagerfeld's place and was appointed as creative director of the Chloé fashion house. Four years later, the talented British designer established her own fashion house, and her collections are distributed in more than 50 countries.
