Karlie studied ballet at Caston's Ballet Academy. She was discovered during a charity fashion show in a St. Louis mall, but the ethereal ballerina is now elegantly walking the major fashion runways. She since has been photographed by world famous photographers such as Patrick Demarchelier & Steven Meisel, appearing in numerous fashion magazines, editorials and featured in major ad-campaigns for the likes of Pringle of Scotland, Nina Ricci, Dolce & Gabbana and Chloe.
This young sensation has already walked as an exclusive for Calvin Klein in N.Y. and for Gucci in Milan, catwalked her way to Paris for Valentino and Chloe, naturally gracing the catwalks of all major designer brands.
This Spring/Summer 2010 season Karlie Kloss walked in 56 shows, ranked in as number 2, opening for Christian Dior, John Galliano, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Gareth Pugh, Isaac Mizrahi & Yohji Yamamoto.
