Spring 2008 was a wonderful season for Jablonski. She waked for BCBG MaxAzria, Diane von Furstenberg, Donna Karan, Matthew Williamson and Marchesa all during New York Fashion Week. She also took part in Milan Fashion Week, when she walked for Blugirl by Blumarine and for La Perla. Shortly after, Jablonski's name became very familiar in the fashion industry during the next season she was one of the most wanted models by lots of designers and brands.
At her first Paris Fashion Week (Fall 2009), Jablonski walked the runways of Louis Vuitton, Lanvin, Nina Ricci, Vivienne Westwood and Dries van Noten.
During Spring 2009 season, Constance walked in about 72 fashion shows. Her achievement has turned her into the most-requested model of the season.
Apart from ready-to-wear fashion shows, Jablonski also modeled for Haute Couture designs, brands such as Givenchy (2009) and Valentino couture (2010).
Although she only walked for Peter Som and Cushnie et Ochs in Spring 2011 New York Fashion Week, Constance accomplished a great year in terms of ad campaigns and fashion magazine covers.
Constance Jablonski's fresh face and sexy figure earned her many ad contracts. In 2009 she was photographed by Mario Testino as one of the faces of D&G. That same year, she was also the star of Donna Karan, Moschino and Topshop's Spring ad campaigns.
2010 was also a very good year for Constance in terms of ad contracts. She was photographed by Craig McDean for a CK by Calvin Klein ad campaign, shortly after, Steven Meisel photographed Jablonski to Alberta Ferretti's new ad campaign.
During 2011, Constance starred in two very interesting campaigns. One of them was for Sonia Rykiel and the other was a magnificent campaign for Dolce & Gabbana.
Throughout her career Constance was the face of Hermes (2010) and the face of Bally (2011). As of 2012 she was chosen as the new face of French cosmetics label – Estee' Lauder alongside with Liu Wen and Joan Smalls.
Even though Jablonski gave up her professional tennis dream, she likes playing sports whenever she has the time. In addition, Constance enjoys playing the piano and watching Broadway shows.
