Erichsen made her debut appearance on the catwalk at Milan and Paris fashion weeks in 2005, where she walked for Prada, Louis Vuitton, and opened for Miu Miu. Erichsen rose to model stardom overnight, and today holds a strong position at ready-to-wear and haute couture shows.
During her career, the Danish model has walked for the most luxurious top brands and most respected designers. She has modeled for Dior, Chanel, Gucci, Burberry, Sonia Rykiel, Versace and many others. At the peak of her career, Erichsen ranked second place on the Top 50 Models Women List by models.com.
Erichsen's unique personal style caught the attention of the world’s greatest fashion designers and also inspired the works of many photographers. She has been pictured in many ad campaigns over the years, including top brands like Balenciaga (2005), Chanel (2007), Gucci (2007), Gianfranco Ferre (2008), Emporio Armani (2008), MaxMara (2010), Valentino (2010) and others. She was also photographed by Karl Lagerfeld for the prestigious Pirelli Calendar in 2011.
When she is not busy promoting fragrances, fashion brands, or strutting her stuff on the catwalks, Erichsen likes to spend time with her closest friends (some of them are also top models) and listen to music.
