Donaldson debuted on the runway in 2004 at the Jil Sander and Rochas shows during Milan and Paris fashion weeks. One year later, she had become a known face in the fashion world, and took to the catwalk for designer greats such as Calvin Klein, Anna Sui, Donna Karan, Marc Jacobs, and Michael Kors at New York fashion week. The British model continued to grace the best catwalks with her perfect model stride. She has walked for Versace, Gianfranco Ferre, Dolce & Gabbana, Missoni, and Tommy Hilfiger -- climbing her way to status as one of the world’s most popular top models.
Donaldson landed her first two advertising campaigns even before her breakthrough on the runway. Her first, was for Italian brand Miss Sixty; the other, for Britain's most noted fashion house, Burberry Prorsum. Both of them were shot in 2004. Years later, Donaldson starred as the face of Lanvin (2005), Jil Sander (2005), Christian Dior (2007), MaxMara (2007), Gucci (2008), and other campaigns. Donaldson has also featured in Victoria's Secret catalogs published in 2010 and 2011.
After living in New York for a few years, Donaldson moved back to her hometown, London, in 2010. She likes spending time with her family and friends and enjoys walking the streets looking for new fashion trends.
