Innofashion: Jakarta Fashion & Food Festival 2012 Highlights

JAKARTA - The theme of the Jakarta Fashion & Food Festival is "Innofashion." The three-day event focuses on Indonesian talents in food and fashion. A parade welcomes the start of the festival. A Wine & Cheese Expo features some of the top wines and gourmet cheeses in the region. Sjamsidar Isa received the Fashion Icon Award for Non Heritage/Fashion Support and Ghea Panggabean received the Fashion Icon Award for Heritage. "Our designers have great potential in promoting the creativity and innovation of Indonesian design," says the festival's chairman Sogianto Nagaria. Face Icon Kelly Tandiono says hello from the JFFF. Designers who showcased at the festival include Raden Sirait, Ghea Panggabean, Sally Koeswanto, Stephanus Hamy, Defrico Audy, Anne Avantie, Ari Seputra, Didi Budiardjo, Priyo Oktaviano, Musa Widyatmodjo, Denny Wirawan, and Hengki Kawilarang.
