LONDON - This season, the talented Hong Kong born fashion designer, John Rocha, embraced a collection full of color at his Spring 2013 fashion show during London Fashion Week. Rocha stepped away from his signature dark palettes and delivered a show full of voluminous and textural silhouettes such as heavy embroidered gowns, brocade pant suits, dramatic skirts and draped lace all in Summer hues of bold red, white, mint, lavender and bright yellow. Inspiration came from his time spent in the vineyards of Chateu la Coste in the south of France. Rocha's unique creativity was embraced through his technique of crushing blossoms, creating hand knitted skirts as well as the crushed hats. This Spring, Rocha perfected the true spirit of couture.
