Male Models Backstage at Umit Benan Spring/Summer 2013 | Milan Men's Fashion Week

MILAN - FashionTV takes you backstage for a sneak peek at the Umit Benan Spring/Summer 2013 fashion show during Milan Men's Fashion Week, where he proves that modern elegance can come in many forms. "This collection is about an ex relationship I had, it's about this woman that I once loved and she used to love menswear, so it's all about her own wardrobe, the colors that she loves", the designer tell us about his creation. It's a very interesting scene on the catwalk as there are lined up beds parallel to the models walking. Female models are seen on the beds, getting all cozied up in men's clothing as a way to tell the story of the past love. "There's a little bit of spice, a touch of mine, the leather, biker jackets, basically how I would want her to dress up", Benan explains about his personal input into the designs. Oversized coats, detailed drapings and washed denim are all a representation of classic styles redefined for the contemporary man.
