Missoni Fall/Winter 2012-13 Backstage & Show ft Angela Missoni | Milan Fashion Week

MILAN - FashionTV takes you behind the scenes of the Missoni Fall/Winter 2012-13 fashion show during Milan Fashion Week, where the designer's collaboration with nature works well. Hairstylist Eugene Souleiman talks to us about the models' look on the runway, "The inspiration was about really keeping the hair sculptured and I wanted to do something that will make the girls look not pretty, not glamorous, but to make them look handsome, so we made they're hair look like it's short. We've used a lot of mousse in order to make their hair feel harder and shinier." Fashion designer Angela Missoni created an urban wardrobe out of wood, stone, fur, tree-bark and nature-friendly materials. The collection included stripes and winter patterns, which can be common for the Italian label. Designer Angela Missoni said, "It's a metropolitan girl, who dreams of being in the era of a fantasy and she wants to disappear in nature, so all the effects of the fabrics are to catch this effect, but the silhouettes are very long, slim, she's a very strong girl, likes to protect her heart." The collection had a very sweet and genuine direction.
